I have added my client by using my Linework account but I want my colleague to contact him on behalf of me. Then, I found that my colleague cannot contact to my client directly because I’m master contact of this client.
What should I do? I don’t want to ask my client to add my colleague’s Linework because it could cause more inconvenience to my client.
I guess that if I can change master contact of this client, my colleague will able to contact my client directly without ask my client to add him back?

・今後は同僚の方と相手先とで連絡を取り合ってほしい。
・連絡先を公開設定にしたが、それだけでは同僚の方から相手先にラインを送れない。
・原因は連絡先マスターがNat様になっているからではないかと予想しており、これを同僚の方に変更できないか、できるのであれば方法が知りたい。
・相手先に何度も友達登録をお願いするのは申し訳ないので、こちら側の設定だけでなんとかしたい。
みたいな内容と把握しました。

相手先と同僚の方とで再度お友達登録が必須です。
管理者画面から確認しましたが、連絡先マスターは確認できますが、変更は出来ないようでした。
連絡先の交換は、基本相互認証のため、こちら側から一方的に変更を加えることができない仕様になっているのでしょう。

I’m a person who change the app for work from Line to Linework. And I expected that I can replace Linework to Line 100%.
Unfortunately, the contact cannot be merged with Line. Also it cannot be transferred to another person who might replace the person who resigned from the organization. 😭
