Not able to remove users from the account

Question

I am admin person of the my lineworks account, earlier I have team of 6 members but now they are not working with me. Many times I tried to remove users but not able to get any setting in my current account

I also watch your suggested video and blogs which you shared for remove users but which are the settings you provided that I am not able to find in my current account.

Can you please look into my account and solve this issue as that members are suspended but I am not able to remove that users?

Please let me know if you need any other details from my side.
