You can cancel a paid LINE WORKS plan through the browser version.
Open the admin panel from your browser, and you can cancel the plan from [Purchase/Billing] > [Contract/Change of Products]. Before canceling, you need to remove all members except the super administrator.
However, if your contract is through a partner, please contact the partner. You can check the contact information of your contracted partner by opening the admin panel and going to [Partner] > [Partner Information/Access Settings].
